I think if those are your consideration set you probably already understand what an administrative lift Drupal can be. If not, note that to manage a Drupal site well one needs to be conversant in at least 3 (maybe 4?) different command line tools & commit to doing everything via git. Also the upgrade cycle is aggressive, though I'm told there's no longer a need to complete re-implement for major versions, as used to be the case.
@FeralRobots That's no longer the case. Drupal CMS is launching this week and you can install and maintain a #Drupal site based on it without a single command line tool. @ramon
(I got out of Drupal spaces 2 or 3 yrs ago & haven't kept up. The last time I tried Drupal as a hosted service it was pretty hard to make anything with but that was a long time ago & D11 is a fundamentally different beast from D7, so def gonna look at this. Great data reporting tools.)

Either of those is a lot more than WordPress. (I have no alternate suggestions, if I were going for scale those would both be on my list.)
